Privacy Policy
ICS collects your university email, name, student ID, program, year level, registrations, and attendance to operate organization activities. Google provides sign-in identity; ICS does not receive your password.
Assigned volunteers see only the information needed to check school IDs and attendance. Organizers can view and export their event records. Administrators manage membership and operational records. Your attendance is not visible to other students.
Our proposed retention is enrollment plus two academic years for profiles and attendance, and one academic year for detailed scan logs. Records are retained until ICS approves and carries out its retention procedure. Anonymous event totals may be retained longer.
Contact the ICS officers or event organizer to request access, correction, or deletion. These requests are reviewed before changes to official records. No advertising or data sale is part of ICSLink.
